Hawaii Island Ku’i Kalo ‘Ohana – Poi Pounding, Kalo Education displays, talk story with these expertise farmers.

 

Kupuna Chucky Leslie (Last Traditional Opelu Fisherman) from South Kona- One on one learning to sew net and listen to Uncles Fishing Mo’olelo’s.

 

Waltah Wong- Traditional Hale Builder- Talk story with Uncle Waltah of traditional house design layout and construction. 

 

Ika Vea- From Kohala Master carver, of Pahu, and hula implements and many more crafts.

 

Wally Ito- Seaweed propagation and cultivation.

 

Aunty Winnie- La’au Lapa’au/ Medicinal plants and uses.

 

Kupuna Barbara Meheula- Coconut weaving

 

Irene & Bully Davis- Lauhala weaver from Lana’i
